Based on our knowledge of fluid dynamics we developed for BP and the DTI an entirely new design of compact fire monitor with a 30% longer throw than the conventional "Rams Horn" design.

This offers improved safety for the fire crews and delivers significantly more water on target improving fire suppression and cooling.

The full size bifurcated design was tested on the BP Lolair Fire Protection vessel to prove its long throw capability. Aerial photographs clearly show its improved performance over conventional monitors.

The design offers potential for further development especially for delivering foam.
