Portable
Frame-Based 3d Manipulator
Man-portable 3-axis

Alternative: custom-built manipulators can be made for your requirements

Cutting Table
The cutting table offers fine manual or programmed control for a wide
variety of 3-d industrial cutting tasks.
Lance operation
Only available with
the COBRA fire-fighting product at present, the lance offers manual control
over the jet.
DIAJET has also been used with Robot
Operated Vehicles (ROVs).

0.5 mm to 2.2 mm tungsten carbide nozzle
depending on the combination of power, cut time and portability required

Remote
Operation
Most manipulator or lance models come with a standard 50m hose, but up
to either 500m or 1000m is
available depending on power module and portability requirements.
On-Site
Operation
At the other end of the scale, for on-site use, dual-cylinder dual-hose
OSPREY-CM can be operated with two cutting heads simultaneously, or in
series for long cut times.
Operation
under Extreme Conditions
The standard DIAJET cutting head has been proven to work subsea at depths
down to 300m, and also in temperatures of 0 C to 55 C. Options are available
to extend this to -10 C to +55 C.
