DIAJET Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, manufactures and supplies a range of abrasive waterjet cutting equipment for a variety of applications, both civil and military, and provides specialised contract cutting services for remote cutting of complex materials in highly hazardous zones .

International conferences and training courses relating to the whole business are organised and provided by the Conferences Division of BHR Group.

CALTEC, which designs and supplies compact separation systems and hydrocarbon production boosting equipment, became an independent company following a Management Buy Out early in 2003.
